We prefer that you pay by credit card. If you do not have access to a credit card, you can pay via Paypal by following the steps listed below.
- Email your order to Customer Service at email@example.com. Be sure to include Product Name(s), Quantity, Size, Color, and your delivery address.
- Customer Service will email your total, including shipping charges, to you along with Paypal payment instructions.
All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are sending something back. Package your item(s) and a note with your name, order number and detailed instructions. Send them to the address below. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please note if the returned items are not in new, unused condition, we will not pay the postage fees to ship them back to you. Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been worn are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges.

Domestic US Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders. Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and the shipping address zip code. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii please allow 5-7 business days for USPS Priority Mail delivery. Shipping is calculated during the checkout process once you enter the state and zip code of the shipping address.
International Shipping: We use USPS First Class mail for all international orders weighing 4 pounds or less. We use USPS Global Priority Mail for all orders weighing more than 4 pounds. Refer to the tables below for international shipping prices. Please note: On January 17, 2016 the United States Postal Service increased all international First Class and Priority Mail rates. The rate increases are significant. Our shipping prices are exactly what USPS charges us for shipping. We do not profit off shipping prices.
How to Save Money on International Shipping: As you can see in the tables above, USPS charges the same postage rate for 9 ounces to 2 pounds. To reduce your "per piece" shipping cost, order as close to 2 pounds as possible. Example: To ship 2 large shirts to Europe costs $22.50 for shipping or $10.25 per shirt. An order for 4 large shirts going to Europe costs the same $22.50 to ship, but the per piece shipping cost reduces to $5.13 per shirt. Garment weights are listed on the Garment Sizing page. Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you and offer to ship it to you again, but you will need to pay 50% of the original shipping charge. If you refuse the 50% shipping charge or do not reply to the notification we will issue a credit for the merchandise portion of your order. We will not refund the original shipping charge.
All our packaging material is environmentally friendly. Our poly mailers are made of recycled plastic and are reusable (please reuse them). Our cardboard mailers and boxes are made of recycled material. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable. Our bubblewrap is made of recycled plastic. We reuse paper packing material and boxes whenever possible.
